Meeting Minutes for Wednesday, May 8, 2019

Meeting called to order at 3:59pm

Attendance: Ann Holdaway, Marnie Davidson, Lea Belnap, Kaitlin Hunt, Tricia Chatlin

Kaitlin reviewed February meeting minutes.

Ann shared the 2019/2020 plan that has been submitted and approved.

Ann shared that this year we replaced the DOT cameras, projectors and spent money on STEM.

Ann would like to move forward with Robotics.

Voted on positions for next year:

                Tricia nominated Lea as Chair. Kaitlin 2^nd the nomintation. Unanimous vote of approval.

                Marnie nominated Sara as Vice Chair. Lea 2^nd the nomination. Unanimous vote of approval.

                Tricia nominated Kaitlin as Secretary. Lea 2^nd the nomination. Unanimous vote of approval.

Meeting schedule for next year:

                September 18, October 16, January 15, March 18, May 13. All meetings at 3pm.

Tricia motioned to close the meeting at 4:27pm. Sara 2^nd the motion.
