Wednesday, October 17, 2018

Meeting called to order at 4:01pm

Attendance:  Principal Ann Holdaway, Heather Hales, Kaitlin Hunt, Nancy Fulmer, Tricia Chatlin, Lea Belnap, Sara Storey, Marnie Davidson (via phone)

-Reviewed September’s meeting minutes

-Ann welcomed and thanked everyone for being part of the council

-Nominated and voted on council positions:

-Nancy nominated Lea Belnap for Council Chair. Tricia 2nd the nomination.

Vote was a unanimous yes.

-Lea nominated Sara Storey for Council Vice Chair.  Nancy 2nd the nomination.

Vote was a unanimous yes.

-Sara nominated Kaitlin Hunt for Secretary.  Lea 2nd the nomination.

Vote was a unanimous yes.

-Nancy reviewed the DIBELS board.

Tricia moved to close the meeting at 4:16pm.  Sara 2nd the motion.

Meeting adjourned at 4:16pm.

Next meeting is November 28 at 4pm
