Mr. Nestoryak reviewed the current budget and goals that were voted on at the last meeting. Mr. Nestoryak added action steps to the reading goal:

1. We will hire paraprofessionals for reading groups. ($34,775.87)
2. Paraprofessionals will work with individual students and small groups instructing students on specific reading skills. ($0)
3. Reading groups will be fluid and change on a regular basis as students demonstrate proficiency and mastery of targeted reading skills. ($0)
4. Paraprofessionals and teachers will progress monitor students who are identified as well-below or below at least twice a month. ($0)

Mr. Nestoryak discussed goal #2 and added the action steps in support of the goal:

1. We will lease Chromebooks for every student. ($10,000.00)
2. High quality personalized learning software (IXL & Zearn) will be used each day by students, and provide students with supplemental math and reading support at home and at school. ($0)

As a council we decided to come back on March 6th to finalize and submit the plan. The meeting adjourned at 3:30pm
